Sales Development Representative, Inbound - Japanese Speaking

The primary responsibility of the Sales Development Representative is to establish first contact with prospects and customers, educate them on the benefits of Ngenium, and advance the sales process in preparation for the efforts of the Ngenium Sales team. As the customer's initial point of contact with Ngenium, you have a significant impact on the firm's reputation and brand, as well as the sales team's and the organization as a whole. So, what exactly will I be doing?

• Creating a satisfying interaction for potential Ngenium users
• Conducting conversations with clients, both new and old, to determine compatibility
• Collaborating with Account Executives to develop leads and close business
• Keeping current on the features and benefits of our product
• Providing evidence of your capacity to draw in new clients
• Contributing to the enhancement of business processes by collaborating with other departments
• Participating in Team Building and Mentoring Activities

What kind of knowledge and abilities do I need?

• Three years of professional experience (sales and/or SaaS expertise is a plus)
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Capacity to listen attentively and then organize the information you hear into a coherent whole
• Possessing excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and inquisitive mind
• Kind and open to instruction
• Exceptionally driven by own goals and motivations
• Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese

Enhanced abilities and traits

• Preferred educational background: Bachelor's
• Proficient use of various resources and programs: (SFDC, Outreach, Dialpad, Zoominfo)
• Fluency in the Japanese Language
