You will play a crucial role in the expansion of our current company as a Small Business Relationship Manager. We're putting together an elite sales force, and the future looks bright.

So, what exactly will I be doing?

  • Maintain and expand connections with Ngenium's SMB clientele, driving revenue growth and guaranteeing continued satisfaction
  • Learn about your existing clients' business challenges so that you may provide platform-based solutions to those problems
  • Create long-term strategies for your region that include how you'll upsell, cross-sell, expand into new business units, and hit your revenue targets
  • Gain in-depth familiarity with your clients' operations and aims as you refine your ability to predict sales
  • Share consumer insights with the marketing, product, and success teams to influence future product development
  • Analyze and report on all relevant parameters about the expansion of client base, customer retention, and the increased use of Ngenium products
  • Facilitate team growth and mentorship

What kind of knowledge and abilities do I need?

  • Having overseen current operations for at least two and a half years (retention, renewals, & account growth)
  • Sales of Software as a Service (1+ years)
  • Effective sales acumen and a history of meeting or surpassing targets
  • Excellent communicator, both in writing and in person
  • competent in the art of fast-paced organization operation and problem-solving, where one feels at home and even thrives.
  • displays a development mentality, a thirst for knowledge, and drive
  • Possessing the ability to develop and sustain strong client connections at all levels of complicated organizations
  • Leadership experience, both inside the team and with other departments is a plus.
