Where is the opportunity?
The Customer Support group's worldwide responsibilities include new-customer onboarding, education, and assistance. We begin to work as soon as a client agrees to sign up for Ngenium, and we remain with them throughout the whole process to make sure they get the most out of our service.
Those who have a genuine passion for assisting others and who want to build a career in a client-facing capacity should apply. This position does not serve as a stepping stone to other openings within Ngenium. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is interested in joining our team on a more permanent basis and who is eager to contribute their own unique set of experiences to help Ngenium flourish.
So, what exactly will I be doing?
- Maintaining open lines of communication with clients; most of our assistance is handled via our own product, but you will also sometimes have to pick up the phone and chat to them.
- Taking full responsibility for all interactions with and resolutions of customer problems
- Learning all there is to know about Ngenium and becoming an expert on its capabilities
- Along with the Support group, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every user of the product has a positive experience. To that end, you'll need to focus on making the product as intuitive, stable, bug-free, and quick as possible
- You will be working closely with the product teams to identify pressing problems and provide well-informed recommendations for fixing them based on a thorough analysis of consumer feedback gathered from a wide range of sources
Your first half year in a nutshell
Beginning with Ngenium and Beginning with Customer Support: The ins and outs of our product and what it means to be an integral part of the Ngenium team will be covered. Through one-on-one training with a seasoned professional and exposure to actual client interactions, you will acquire the skills necessary to excel in this role.
Providing excellent service to consumers and smashing key performance indicators during the first 90 days: You'll then be ready to dive headfirst into assisting clients and measuring your success using our lofty but attainable Key Performance Indicators.
Six months in: you'll have a greater opportunity to make an impact on the team and advance your own professional development by participating in a wider range of customer service teams and initiatives, including those dealing with social media support, bots and automation, quality assurance, internal support, and more.
